Stereo Club Nights Presents: XINOBI/A.N.D.Y ▽ GRAND OPENING
On Saturday Stereo opens house on the rooftop and its looking pretty damn great. Its going to be a night of sexy deep house with chilling low pitched vocals coupled with hit after hit bass riffs and we know that our guys are the right kind of blend to set the night in order.
One hell of an industrial party in Beirut when we bring the Berlin sound and one hell of a tropical paradise when the midnight breeze hits Solea V at night. The bass is going to be so heavy you’ll probably have to hold on to the things in your pockets. All we can give out is that they’re super fun time and super eclectic with their sets
Two huge names back to back,
You’re going to fall in mad with them guaranteed.
So where’s your sound?
▽ XINOBI – the bare minimums
Xinobi is Bruno Cardoso a Portuguese grown-up-kid obsessed with music. He’s remixed tracks for huge producers and DJs like Tesla Boy, Toro Y Moi, Moullinex, Kamp!, Is Tropical, Zimmer.. Together with his friend and work-partner Moullinex he gave birth to the still-growing-influent Discotexas, a Record Label that, with the help from the newcomers Mr. Mitsuhirato and Lazydisco, is getting more and more followers and admirers and is stepping further to a respectable dimension of scene-credibility.
“The truth is that there is a unique watermark on his sound. That versatility is also visible in his performances.”
“You can travel from fresh-funk to a deeper mood without losing consistency as he can soundtrack from Miami palm-trees to Berlin cold nights; and everything in between.”
▽ A.N.D.Y – the strict essentials
As a kid A.N.D.Y. a.k.a. Andy Faisca didn’t have to think what he would like to be when he grew up…
Music was and is the answer!
From a very early age this multi-instrumentalist was writing and making his own music. With a background of 70’s and 80’s disco, pop, hip hop and rock music Andy is a fanatic of all things past, turning them into music for the future.
His love for the past is reflected in an almost religious use of old analogue gear, but also a general love for vintage stuff.
At age 17 Andy discovered electronic music and started DJ’ing. He soon landed a residency at Brussels’ infamous Libertine Supersport club and his quest for a vintage personal sound hasn’t stopped since.
