The play explores the relationships of two Lebanese/foreigner couples living in Beirut. What’s it like to date an ajnabi? Do you say ‘I love you’ in English, Arabic or French? And how does it feel if your best friend starts ignoring you in favour of their new love?
If you like intimate drama and comedic exchange – all intertwined with some electric body movement – MAKE ME will be your kind of show.
Written by British playwright Rich Thornton and directed and choreographed by Lebanese-American dancer Jadd Tank, MAKE ME is a multidisciplinary theatre show about Western-Arab social connections and how they make us laugh, scream and cry.
