Kaotik System 10 Years Anniversary – The Final Chapter
Dear Friends, The time has come for us to say so long.
As Kaotik System prepares to throw the final show, we want to grab this opportunity and thank you for your support over the course of these 10 memorable years, enriched by the many wonderful personal relationships between the crew and the fans.
Whether you had a personal connection to the music we spread or to our personalities or to any other moment or memory, we’re happy that we were whatever it was to you. We hope that as the years go on, your passion to music will continue to grow and evolve. The older we get the more we realize it wasn’t us but it was how you saw us.
The confusion of distrust and paranoia that once characterized some relations has given way to a new and healthier spell of mutual respect and commitment to common purpose and now it is time for us to pass on the torch and believe others will continue in good steps.
If you are planning to attend our last event or if you attended any of our previous events, once again thank you! Although we’re ready to say goodbye, this is more surreal than any of us expected.
So, thanks again for your faith in us over the years, your loyalty, your passion for music and most of all, the warm friendship we’ve enjoyed together.
We wish you great success in your own adventures!
The story of life is quicker than the blink of an eye, the story of love is hello, goodbye.

**Julian Jeweil [MINUS]**
Julian Jeweil, is a french artist based in southern France and Berlin, he found his signature sound through his various productions and live sets, all characterized by a melodic style of techno.
The adventure begins in 2007 when he releases his first hit “Air conditionné” which quickly ranks #1 in Beatport sales.
In 2010, Julian signs with two prestigious labels : Cocoon (Color EP) featuring Soho the #1 track of the techno top 100 and Plus 8 Records (Babou).
The same year, the Techno Corner EP is released with Form, his friend Popof’s label and a remix is commissioned by Moby (Stay Down).
In 2011, Julian confirms his standing in the Techno scene by releasing his second EP with Plus 8 records (Hermanos Ep)
Performance-wise, Julian has proven to be one of the most promising artists of the techno scene by playing his live set all around the world, with performances in some of the world’s most prestigious clubs and festivals.
Monegros Desert Festival (Fraga), Enter Space (Ibiza), Row 14 (Barcelona), Kaballah Festival (Sao Paulo), D Edge (Sao Paulo), Womb (Tokyo), Ellui Club (Seoul), Onzieme (Osaka), Sankeys (Manchester), Week End Club & Watergate (Berlin), Soul Tech (Mexico), Pacha (Buenos Aires), Marsatac (Marseille), I Love Techno France, Barraca (Valencia), 10 Days Off Festival & Dour Festival (Belgium), Treehouse (Miami), Verboten (New York) and many others.
In 2012, he releases his third Ep with Plus 8 Records (Bastard EP) featuring 5 tracks (Bastard, Hey You, The Gang, Zoulou and Kanji) both played and supported by the greates artists out there.
Julian starts 2013 the best way he ever could have, with two remixes for the prestigious artists Deadmau5 & Pan-Pot, both chart #1 in the Beatport techno top 10, followed by an excellent Ep with Form (Mad EP) which immediately seduced a significant number of listeners.
Julian also signs 3 releases with “Minus”, Richie Hawtin’s renowned label.
His first release is “Yoko”, a track featured on the Minus’ minMax compilation, bringing together several of Minus’ artists such as Gaiser, Matador, Hobo and many others.
The first EP with Minus is the “Don’t Think Ep” featuring three tracks : Don’t Think, Boom & Flexx.
This EP is met with critical acclaim and “Don’t Think” climbs its way up to 1st place in the Beatport top 100.
One month later, Julian releases his second EP with Minus : “She’s Hot”, also featuring 3 tracks : She’s Hot, Green Room Snake Dance.
Once more, the EP meets phenomenal success and within days, “She’s Hot” finds itself ranking in the top 10 of the techno chart.
Julian’s latest release is a remix for the Techno Master : Adam Beyer who produced alongside Ida Engberg, the track “Unanswered question” on Drumcode.
2013 is certainly looking like the year Julian breaks through into the techno elite, with more releases on the way and an increasingly busy touring schedule.
**STAZMA THE JUNGLECHRIST [Peace Off]**
If Breakcore is dead, then Stazma the Junglechrist is the resurrection!
Hailing from the same French stock as Monster X, Rotator and the infamous Peace Off imprint, Julien Guillot has been smashing up raves all across Europe since his first release on Peace Off in 2008 and is showing no signs of slowing down.
Having taken the early breakcore ethos of genre mashing and amen splicing, Julien delivers his sound of rave, gabber, jungle and dub with a modern, tight production that seems synonymous with the French these days.
As well as making a name for himself with releases on Meganeural, Structural Damage and Peace Off, it is Stazma’s live show which displays his work best. A frenetic, yet finely tuned assault on the senses.
“It’s really very energetic, efficient and has all the elements to both kick out your sissy friends out of the club and make the rest party till late after dawn. Stormy, ravy breakcore.”
Nic (Ad Noiseam)
**DROON**[ BREAKCORE GIVES ME WOOD ]
Droon is William Ghysels. 1981, Belgium
Droon brings a very unique and recognizable live act. His breakcore sets are fast, loud, funny and fully improvised with all samples triggered live from a ASCII-keyboard glued to a piece of plywood shaped like a Flying V guitar. Shards of gabber, jungle, metal and 90’s euro trance are let loose on postmodern youths worldwide. Unlike most laptop acts, who hide, crouched behind their bright screens, Droon straps on his fighter jet helmet and takes central stage like a 21st century rock god.
Droon as a live act has toured the world since 2002. He played dozens of gigs in places like New York, Osaka, Sydney, Moscow, Beijing, Bucharest, Berlin, Graz and all over Western Europe. And then there are the
countless gigs in Belgium.
Droon is co-promoter, resident live act and graphic designer of the notorious Breakcore Gives Me Wood crew, throwing arguably the most successful breakcore parties on earth. Based in Ghent, Belgium, but operating all over the country, BGMW has thrown over 30 breakcore parties since 2002, in squats, warehouses and legal venues like the Vooruit and Hof ter Lo. More then 1000 ravers tearing it up are not uncommon. Sheer numbers, continuity but also the atmosphere and attitude make these nights a real epicenter in the worldwide breakcore scene, known to breakcoreheads all over the world. (http://
Droon is an award winning short film director. (“screen” won the
Leffinge Leuren one minute film fest in 2004) He directed a video for zamu award
winner “De La Vega” and assisted in videos for Part Chimp, ‘t Hof Van
Commerce, and many others.
He does motion graphics design work for clubs like Culture Club, Kozzmozz and Lagoa, TV-stations like JIMTV and international architect firms like Xaveer De Geyter,
51N4E and GZA.
He did album covers for people like Shitmat and Retrigger on labels like Planet-mu and Ad noiseam and designs flyers for a.o. Littlebig, Bugklinik and Murder Channel in Tokyo.
Droon is also a full time assistant to Wim Delvoye, a conceptual artist famous for his cloaca shit machine and his tattooed pigs.
**SICKBOY** [ BREAKCORE GIVES ME WOOD ]
Sickboy Milkplus Like a damn blizzard of kick drums and over the top destructo-rave rhythms, Belgium’s Sickboy delivers some of the most mind blasting audio belligerence the modern world has ever heard! Playing all over Europe, UK, Japan, Australia, the U.S.A., Sickboy has been taking the world by storm with his unique blend of high octane neorave jams since the dawning of this new millennium. Sickboy has quickly gained international support and acclaim releasing his hyper-jams through labels such as Tigerbeat6, Ad Noiseam, Peace Off, along with building a strong and energetic live performance of uplifting rave zones.
To quote his bio: “The tradition of combining perversity and playfulness into a true sound clash has never left post-modern music alone. Sickboy has more than upped the ante with this hairsplitting slab of digitized breakestral chaos, never suggesting melodies or functional rhythms it draws from but juggling without remorse on the dividing line between acceptability and grimy flavored cynism…Imagine a dedicated Hannah Montana maniac with the ‘BFF’ principle, incarnated in a sparkling aural torturous display of mashed-up break beat galore… Music that will stir up any godforsaken industrial pigeonhole with a whirlwind…”.
