Beirut Service Jam
Join the first Service Jam in Beirut! Whether you’re a designer, service enthusiastic, good observer, DIY prototyper or just curious, this is for you! See you 1-3 March!
WHAT IS A SERVICE JAM?
A jam is a gathering of people of different backgrounds such as designers, business people, academics, students, and customers who are interested in service and customer experience at various locations around the globe.
Coming with an open mind and great curiosity, we will work together in a team to research, experiment and prototype new service solutions inspired by the global theme of the jam, all in less than 48 hours!
Along with interventions from local specialists, and interaction with other participants in the other jams worldwide, we will create prototypes and publish them to the global platform under a Creative Commons License.
As a Jammer you will get to try new service design methods and tools, and create various prototypes, and meet new people and learn from one another!
